Action Learning provides individuals with a challenging, confidential space for reflective learning.
WHEN: the last Friday of the months of 28th February, 28th March, 30th May, 25th July, September
WHERE: Manningtree at Cliff Hanger House, the creative venue of The Grand Theatre of Lemmings and The Smallest Theatre in the World: meetings will be for a whole day and lunch will be provided. Eating together is an important element of the process.
WHO: This 'set' is all female and Arts managers / practitioners.

What Action Learning offers:
Support and challenge from peers
Development of a reflective learning process about yourself and your work
The opportunity to apply different techniques to work situations
Development of individual listening and diagnostic skills
Time for problem solving which gives the opportunity for personal learning and
development and insight into how others achieve different solutions
A confidential environment to explore strengths and weaknesses
A group of people who are, for periods of time, mentors for each other
Learn to challenge assumptions and deepen fundamental understanding of what might be done
differently
